I chose this profession because I believe no one should feel judged for what they feel, for what they've been through, or for how they've chosen to live. My practice is a space where there are no right answers and no wrong lives.
I also believe that no two people are the same, and therefore no two therapies should be the same. What works for one person may not work for another. My job is to listen to you, understand your story, and build a path together that makes sense for you right now.
Every person arrives with their own story, their own pace and their own needs. My job is to adapt to you, not the other way around.
What you tell me stays here. There's nothing you could say that would make me see you differently. Not your orientation, not your practices, not your choices. You come as you are.
Your life is yours. I'm not here to tell you how to live it. I'm here to help you live it with less pain and more freedom.
Sometimes we need to go slowly. Sometimes you're ready to go deep. You set the pace.
I'm not a professional behind a barrier. I'm a person who has chosen to be present with you in difficult moments. With honesty, with warmth, with commitment.
The first session is simply about getting to know each other. You tell me what you need, at your own pace, and I listen. No pressure, no homework, no judgement.
We'll explore together what brings you here, what hurts, what you've tried before and what you need now. We won't rush. The goal is for you to leave feeling this could be your space.
And if after that first session you feel we're not the right fit, that's fine. I'll help you find someone who is.
I work from an integrative approach: I don't commit to a single school or apply a rigid protocol. I adapt to what you need at each moment.
Sometimes we need to understand the thought patterns that fuel distress and learn to challenge them. Other times, what's needed isn't fighting what you feel, but learning to live with pain without it paralysing you.
There are moments when the urgent thing is having concrete tools for crisis: something that works when everything is too much. And there are others where the work is going to the root, processing the memories that keep activating in your present.
All of this happens from a place where your identity, your orientation and your choices are the starting point. Not something to be questioned.
I've trained and specialised in these areas:
